I came from nowhere....

flew with the wind as it took me by
fell down in the middle of reed field
no cover no shield

until rain fell
helped me grow day by day
my root my leaves my bud
so it bloomed
and for a while I looked beautiful

but everything has it time
like the time to finally be left
for I have been drooped
for I have lost the beauty

when it is no longer in bloom
dandelion is now in gloom....

Clever poem... and makes me think of all the seeds that will form and be blown from that dying dandelion too...

I love the second stanza!

The ending is so negative with that "gloom" word. But, dandelions are stong and survivors. There is nothing wrong with being a dandelion!

Dandelions are such a hardy bunch...love the way it flies with the wind, drops and makes a home. Nice work...
